Morgan Lab is currently looking for a motivated manufacturing technician in region Baarle Nassau. Function description

• Preparation and execution of production of radio pharmaceutical products

• Checking all quality requirements of the products within a GMP environment.

• Maintaining batch documentation and writing deviations

• Optimizing the production processes by actively setting up and proposing points for improvement

• Performing validation work

• Remedying first-line failures

• Ensure compliance to all relevant GxP and safety standards

• Ensure proper escalation of all matters related with HSE, quality, supply and production, implement decisions and act as responsible for continuity of production

• Identify, assure and implement continuous improvement initiatives which sustain the company’s competitive advantage

• Participate in a trouble-shooting team to ensure that the potential or actual process problems are correctly identified, and effectively resolved

Function requirements

• Knowledge of a pharmaceutical or control production environment

• A relevant MBO or HBO degree (Engineering, Biology and Medical Laboratory Research, or Chemical Analyst), MTS or MLO

• Attention to detail

• Analytical skills that allow you to see what can be improved

• Experience with production or GMP is an advantage

• Willing to work in shifts (7:00 – 19:00 h – initially working hours from 8:00 – 17:00 h)

• English speaking

• Salary between 3700 and 5300 euro gross per month, based on experience
